Description: 
The village level community survey on the agriculture, health and nutrition status of the village was conducted by interviewing 2-4 people that were knowledgeable about the village including, mostly village chief, leader of farmer groups, head of the community health center, extension staff, progressive farmer, and community health worker.  The questionnaire collected information on different amenities, facilities and infrastructure present in the community, and various programs of Cambodia-HARVEST focused on increasing incomes to influence nutrition outcomes.  The data provide contextual information about the communities that helps interpretation of the changes at the individual level demonstrated by the baseline-endline pair of surveys.
