An RDF dataset (4-star data) used in the cuisine - drug analysis done in the paper ["Inferring Cuisine - Drug Interactions Using the Linked Data Approach"](http://www.nature.com/srep/2015/150320/srep09346/full/srep09346.html).
The source data, in CSV, was taken from the paper ["Flavor network and the principles of food pairing"](http://www.nature.com/srep/2011/111215/srep00196/full/srep00196.html). It is a collection of recipes from [http://allrecipes.com](http://allrecipes.com), [http://epicurious.com](http://epicurious.com) and [http://menupan.com](http://menupan.com). Each recipe has an associated cuisine value (one of 11 world cuisines), and a flattened list of ingredients.
The data has been transformed into RDF using the [Food Ontology](http://data.lirmm.fr/ontologies/food#). More details can be found in the open access [paper on Scientific Reports](http://www.nature.com/srep/2015/150320/srep09346/full/srep09346.html).
