Type of repository: it is multidisciplinary. < 25% of documents is about Agriculture and Related Sciences Percentage of full text: 100% PLoS is the World's largest non-profit, open access publisher.  Everything we publish is published with a Creative Commons Attribution license - meaning that it can be used by anyone for any purpose, whether non-commercial or commercial, without requiring any further permissions, as long as the original authors are properly credited.

PubMed Central is operated by the US National Library of Medicine and hosts both bonafide open-access articles related to science and medicine, as well as articles that are merely available to be downloaded and read for free, but not used for other constructive purposes.
