Who can submit documents? External authors/users. CountrySTAT currently has about 20 active countries - we run a server for most of them and they are allowed to modify their sites.Who catalogues documents?Authors (self-archiving). Statistics data is held in a topical tree structure. Authors place it within that structure and also add metadata to the data files.
